Jane Russell is best known as the Hollywood's leading sex symbols during her golden years in the 40's. She made her acting debut in 1943 American Western film, The Outlaw. Jane also ventured into music while simultaneously perform in different films. The veteran actress has starred in more than 20 films throughout her career. Aside from performing, Jane Russell was also the founder of World Adoption International Fund. During her early years, she was mostly seen participating in stage productions from her school. She has also worked as a model and even trained with her acting coach Maria Ouspenskaya. The versatile star is best known to be a supporter of the Republican Party. Jane Russell died in February of 2011 due to respiratory-related illness with her family on her side.
